Roots triptych

Alice’s ROOTS is a collage celebrating the resilience of women to overcome even their most difficult moments. The artist, while healing from breaking her navicular ankle bone in Miami, used pictures of the banyan tree she fell off as inspiration for this triptych which symbolizes how beauty and strength can be found within every woman – broken or whole. During recovery, Alice studied sensual images such as legs bones feet, and ankles providing solace against her injury. Her artwork thus serves not only an aesthetic function but also conveys powerful emotional depth born through adversity that transcends cultural barriers making it universally relatable and empowering all who view it!
