Amidst the chaos of 2020, I sought solace through art making to discover a newfound reconnection with myself. By releasing conscious control and submitting my subconscious mind in documentative creation processes, I was able to passively capture moments alive that were immensely impacted by both global pandemic woes as well as much-needed civil unrest surrounding racial injustices.
